Most of this is taken from the beyond fantastic Calm & Storm Silver CD release titled "NIHON SEINENKAN 1981". I'm told that release is taken from a Master copy of a Japanese radio broadcast. Unfortunately, several songs were not broadcast and I've taken the liberty of trying to make this legendary show as complete as possible, using the best possible lossless sources.
The tracks that I've added are as follows:

15 Let There Be Rock
Those are taken from Source #2, DVD 2 of the "Plug Me In" DVD box set, which includes several performances from this show broadcast on Japanese TV. I ripped these video tracks from the DVD using "Make MKV", which preserved the lossless audio tracks. I then ripped the audio to WAV using Roxio. Several of these tracks, however, were incomplete. I've used a third lossless audio source, the wonderful Tarantula release titled "Electric Attack!!" (CD 2 & CD 3) to complete these tracks. Please note that "Electric Attack!!" is, while fantastic in quality, is an audience recording (by the Legendary "Mr. Peach"). What I've addded (using Audacity) from Source #3 is as follows:
