Notes:
The Jack fades out early at the end of Disc 1, then fades back in and finishes the song at the start of Disc 2.
Brian comes in late on Highway to Hell, but the just extend the song a bit longer.
For Those About to Rock seems to be from a different source, quality is much worse and the tempo seems to be too slow.
I'm not positive Brian is saying Zurich during For Those About to Rock. I can't tell for sure what city he is saying.
